Staff Retreat Call for Speakers and Presenters (9/30/22 and 10/03/22)
The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc (ELC) is hosting a Staff Retreat, entitled, “Strength in Unity: We’re Better Together” scheduled for Friday, September 30 (8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.) and Monday, October 3 (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.).
ELC is seeking engaging presenters/trainers for the following topic areas:
- Motivational Talk – 1 Hour and Retreat Facilitator – 1.5 Days
Topic: Resilience (Bouncing Back/Change/Balance)
Goal: Motivate ELC staff and provide tips and tangible take-a-ways they can put to immediate use.
This presenter will also serve as the Retreat Facilitator and must be available on September 30 (8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) and October 3 (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
- Self-Care Strategies – 1 Hour Each, 2 Sessions
Goal: Identify and improve physical well-being, engagement, health, and overall satisfaction with specific self-care methods.
Each one-hour session will cover a different Self-Care Strategy topic.
ELC will select different presenters for each Self-Care Strategy presentation.
- Strengths Finder – 4 hours, 1 session
Goal: Help ELC team members discover and understand their individual Top 5 CliftonStrengths; Develop CliftonStrengths in others; and facilitate on-site group activities/teambuilding
