What is Child Care Resource and Referral?
Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) services are free to all families who live, work, or plan to relocate to the Big Bend Region. CCR&R is an informational program that provides access to quality child care providers, partnerships, and community resources. Additionally, ELC supports potential and current child care providers with information on starting a child care business or enhancing your program. There is no charge for our services to families or providers. The Coalition offers referrals, not recommendations.
CCR&R is available from 8am – 6pm Monday thru Thursday, 8am – noon Fridays by calling 1-866-973-9030 or emailing ccrr@elcbigbend.org. You can submit a CCR&R intake form 24/7 by clicking here.
All families receiving Child Care Resource and Referral services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gauge your customer service experience with our office. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will not affect your services.
The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region (ELC) is a private not-for-profit organization that provides services to families, children, and child care providers in the seven counties that comprise northern Florida’s Big Bend Region: Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla.
