The Finance Committee is responsible for:
- Reviewing and submitting the ELC operating budget for approval;
- Reviewing and making recommendations on financial issues and policies as needed;
- Overseeing procurement of contracted financial services including banking services; and
- Reviewing fiscal compliance and monitoring reports.
