Request for Lease Quotes – Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend
The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc. (ELC) is seeking lease proposals for office space in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 60H-1.016.
As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance, ELC is requesting a minimum of three (3) documented quotes for facilities under 5,000 square feet.
Required Information
Interested respondents should be prepared to provide details including:
- Facility name and physical location
- Total usable square footage available
- Lease terms and renewal options
- Full-service rental rates (monthly and annual)
- Lessor and agent contact information
- Availability date
- Energy efficiency designation (if applicable)
Lease Structure
- The base lease term will include all-inclusive rent (excluding tenant internet and phone services).
- Respondents should include pricing for a three-year base term, as well as two additional three-year renewal options.
- Proposed tenant improvement allowances should also be included.
Additional Considerations
As a not-for-profit organization funded through federal and state sources, the Coalition requires:
- Compliance with applicable funding requirements
- Agreement to a termination clause due to lack of funds, if necessary
Submission Deadline
Completed PDF RFQ form and all required documentation must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
