Invitation to Negotiate(ITN)–Office Lease Opportunity-ITN.2026.2027-0001
The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Incorporated, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations and property owners to provide leased commercial office space in Leon County, Florida. Through this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), the ELC aims to secure a professional, accessible, and appropriately sized facility to support the delivery of School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) services throughout the region. The anticipated lease term is five (5) years beginning October 1, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional five-year period.
