Call for Speakers 2027 Conference (CSF.2026.2027-0001)

The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region (ELC) is excited to announce our 2027 Early Learning Conference, Everyday Heroes: The Hero Within, taking place on Saturday, April 17, 2027, at the Florida State University Turnbull Conference Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

This one-day conference will celebrate the individuals behind the early learning profession and recognize that before educators and providers can pour into others, they must first invest in themselves. We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and interactive presenters who can inspire attendees to embrace self-care, build resilience, strengthen leadership skills, and recognize the unique strengths that help them thrive both personally and professionally.

Opportunities Available

We are currently accepting applications for:

• Three Keynote Speakers

• Multiple Breakout Session Presenters

Presentations should align with our conference theme, “Everyday Heroes: The Hero Within,” and provide participants with practical strategies, inspiration, and tools they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

We invite innovative presentations that encourage reflection, inspire action, and empower attendees to recognize the hero within themselves. Together, we will engage, educate, and elevate early learning professionals across our region.

Submission Information

For primary consideration, completed presenter applications must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM EST on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Please submit a separate application for each presentation you would like ELC to consider. Applications received after the deadline will be considered on an as-needed basis.
