The full Board of Directors is responsible for developing the strategic direction for ELC to sustain and grow its resources, especially funds, by building relationships with those who want to give back to the mission and programs.

The Ad Hoc Committee is responsible for:

• Developing ELC’s signature event;
• Developing the strategic direction for ELC to sustain and grow its resources, especially funds;
• Building relationships with those who support ELC’s mission and programs.
