We’re looking to add two (2) hard-working Provider Relations Specialists to our team. This position is responsible for managing the eligibility, enrollment, and maintenance of the School Readiness and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) provider networks and agreements based on State of Florida law, Division of Early Learning (DEL) program requirements, and policies of the Early Learning Coalition (ELC). This is a hands-on, high-volume position that reports to the Relaciones con proveedores Manager.
Why We Are Excited to Meet You (You Have):
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 2 years experience in private or public sector social/human services program administration required; or
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years experience in social/human services program administration
- A general understanding of contract management and monitoring procedures preferred
- An understanding of childcare programs, early childhood education, social service issues, community action programs, and serving low-income communities preferred

What You Will Do (Summary):
- Complete School Readiness and VPK provider contracting process for new providers as well as the annual contract renewal for existing providers
- Complete annual Provider Profile/CCR&R updates and program requirements
- Provide technical assistance and communication to SR and VPK providers
- Review monthly sign-in and sign-out sheets for accuracy and completeness
- Process attendance records efficiently and accurately
- Provide technical support related to the Provider Portal and the Internal Data Management System to existing and potential providers
- Coordinate with Early Care and Education to determine QPS and child assessment performance and update School Readiness contract accordingly
- Process School Readiness and VPK contract amendments
- Maintain accurate and current provider contract documentation in the approved Coalition data system
- Enter and update reimbursement rates and differentials in the approved Coalition data system
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to providers serving School Readiness & VPK children regarding childcare rules, regulations, School Readiness and VPK contract requirements, and contract-related reimbursement issues
- Consult with appropriate ELC teams to aid in resolving payment and enrollment issues
- Perform annual file and site monitoring to ensure School Readiness and VPK provider contract compliance, and non-compliance, corrective action plans, and provider probation
- Conduct enhanced monitoring due to non-compliance, corrective action plans, and provider probation
- Prepare and review documentation for audits and DEL accountability reviews
- Conduct parent complaint intake and report to Department of Children & Families (DCF) and statewide Abuse Hotline
- Follow up on parent complaints against contracted providers
- Prepare and conduct School Readiness and VPK provider orientation and assist with new provider recruitment
- Monitor VPK assessment process, including offering technical support on using the statewide assessment data system
- Support VPK Providers on probation in completion of the probation process, including monitoring progress and improvement plans
- Maintain knowledge of current child care regulations
- Participate in statewide calls, webinars, and rulemaking processes related to the School Readiness and VPK programs
- Participate in a minimum of two ELC Outreach activities and/or events within the fiscal year
- Ensure appropriate use of all resources by immediately reporting suspected internal and/or external fraud via Coalition’s established Fraud Reporting Procedure

Rango salarial: $42,000 -$43,000
