Color Me Blue: A Kid’s Art Auction Event

Celebrating Creativity. Advocating for Children.
Color Me Blue: A Kid’s Art Auction is an inspiring evening hosted by the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc. (ELC) Board of Directors. This signature event raises awareness and critical funds to better support the thousands of children, families, and early learning educators across our seven-county service area.
On January 29, 2026, join us at Goodwood Museum in Tallahassee, Florida, for an unforgettable night where children’s creativity takes center stage and the community comes together in support of early learning.
More Than an Art Auction
Color Me Blue is more than a silent auction – it’s a celebration of imagination, advocacy, and the power of community. Young artists ages 5–18 from across the Big Bend contribute original works of art for guests to bid on and take home. Each piece tells a story, reflecting the creativity, resilience, and brilliance of our local children.
The evening also features:
- Silent Auction with children’s art and other exclusive items like signed sports memorabilia, vacation packages, professional services, and gift baskets.
- Good Food & Live Music to enjoy throughout the evening.
- Opportunities to Connect with local child advocates, families, and the artists themselves.

Family and Community Engagement
ELC knows children thrive when families and communities work together. Color Me Blue is a platform to advocate for children’s futures while showcasing their talents. Every bid placed, every item won, and every moment shared helps ensure children, caregivers, and educators across the Big Bend have the support they need to succeed.

Who Can Participate?
Color Me Blue is open to everyone who believes in the power of advocacy and early learning. Whether you attend, bid, sponsor, or spread the word, you play a vital role in helping children across the Big Bend reach their full potential.
