SUMMARY:ELC 21229: Setting up Engaging Learning Spaces
DESCRIPTION:Young children learn best through hands-on experiences. Creative hands-on play experiences are important and essential to the development of the whole child. In this course teachers become increasingly aware of the importance of creating play spaces that support best practices. Teachers will learn how to set up large group\, small group and individual play spaces that keep children eager to learn and develop specific skills. You will also be provided with observational tools that help you determine what play spaces fit each child’s developmental needs.
