(ELC) is seeking&nbsp;<strong>lease proposals<\/strong>&nbsp;for office space in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 60H-1.016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance, ELC is requesting&nbsp;<strong>a minimum of three (3) documented quotes<\/strong>&nbsp;for facilities under 5,000 square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested respondents should be prepared to provide details including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facility name and physical location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total usable square footage available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lease terms and renewal options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full-service rental rates (monthly and annual)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lessor and agent contact information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy efficiency designation (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lease Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The base lease term will include all-inclusive rent (excluding tenant internet and phone services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respondents should include pricing for a three-year base term, as well as two additional three-year renewal options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposed tenant improvement allowances should also be included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a not-for-profit organization funded through federal and state sources, the Coalition requires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compliance with applicable funding requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement to a termination clause due to lack of funds, if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Submission Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Completed <a href=\"http:\/\/elcbigbend.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ELC-of-the-Big-Bend-RFQ-Form-.pdf\" title=\"\">PDF RFQ form<\/a> and all required documentation must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Submission &amp; Contact Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please submit all materials via email or direct inquiries to:<br>Email: procurement@elcbigbend.org<br>Phone: 850-552-7302<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend<\/strong><br>2639 N.
