Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) for HR Legal Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n While Florida Statute 287.057 exempts legal services from competitive procurement, the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc. (ELC) is seeking proposals from law firms or sole practitioner attorneys with relevant experience and expertise to provide legal services to ensure its Human Resources Unit operates in compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws.
