This position is responsible for providing support services for intervention and quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or associate\u00a0degree and two (2)\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0in\u00a0early childhood education, human services program or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years relevant work experience\u00a0in\u00a0early childhood education, human services program or related field\u00a0required\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One year\u2019s experience working as an administrator or teacher within an early childhood setting preferred\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0creating and delivering group and individualized instruction preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with special needs children preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An understanding of\u00a0child care\u00a0programs, early childhood education, social service issues, community action programs, and serving low-income communities\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete and become certified in at least one Infant,\u00a0Toddler,\u00a0and\/or PreK CLASS\u00a0tool within\u00a090 days\u00a0of hire\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete Child Assessment, Teacher Assessment, and Coaching certification within\u00a0one\u00a0year of hire\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What You Will Do (Summary):<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administer\u00a0child screenings\/assessments\u00a0on School Readiness\u00a0participants\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer\u00a0program assessments\u00a0in\u00a0School Readiness and Voluntary\u00a0Prekindergarten\u00a0(VPK)\u00a0provider classrooms\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0with\u00a0determining\u00a0appropriate early\u00a0intervention services for all\u00a0School Readiness\u00a0and VPK\u00a0children, including\u00a0Warm Line referrals\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0with\u00a0inputting,\u00a0collecting,\u00a0and\u00a0analyzing\u00a0data to\u00a0identify\u00a0emerging trends and training needs for\u00a0the\u00a0ELC\u2019s providers\u00a0and families\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide\u00a0recommendations to the ECE Manager\u00a0for\u00a0children with concerns\u00a0who\u00a0ELC\u00a0will\u00a0refer to\u00a0other early intervention agencies\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement\u00a0professional development opportunities,\u00a0special events,\u00a0conferences\u00a0and forums for\u00a0providers\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide TA and Coaching to early childhood educators and parents as needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain knowledge of law, policies &amp; procedures\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver services and provide\u00a0timely\u00a0follow-up\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0law\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0with compiling resources, creating packets, and arranging resource areas for parents and providers throughout the\u00a0seven-county\u00a0area\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist\u00a0with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in structured peer review activities to evaluate work quality, ensure consistency, and support continuous improvement across the team\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in a minimum of two ELC outreach events and\/or activities each fiscal year\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for ensuring\u00a0appropriate use\u00a0of all resources by\u00a0immediately\u00a0reporting suspected fraud (Internal and\/or external) via\u00a0ELC-established\u00a0Fraud Reporting Procedure\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate as directed in all ELC quality improvement efforts to achieve\u00a0optimum\u00a0organizational performance\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the Abuse Hotline\u00a0immediately\u00a0in the event an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation is received, and notify a\u00a0manager\u00a0immediately\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Us:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region, Inc.
