This position is responsible for providing family support services that include School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Pre-kindergarten (VPK), Child Care Referral &amp; Resources (CCR&amp;R).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Associate degree and 2 years\u2019 experience in social\/human services program administration required; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant work experience in social\/human services program required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete Child Care Resource and Referral Specialist evaluation (certification) within 90 days of hire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of School Readiness and VPK eligibility\/processes highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrative understanding of childcare programs, early childhood education, social service issues, community action programs, and serving low-income communities required based on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You Will Do (Summary):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain working knowledge of and adhere to all applicable rules, regulations, and ELC policies and procedures\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide comprehensive CCR&amp;R\u00a0services\u00a0to customers\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine\u00a0customer eligibility for the\u00a0SR\u00a0and VPK\u00a0programs\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete specialized SR and VPK processes, as assigned\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate as directed in all ELC quality improvement efforts to achieve\u00a0optimum\u00a0organizational performance <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in structured peer review activities to evaluate work quality, ensure consistency, and support continuous improvement across the team\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in a minimum of two ELC Outreach activities and\/or events within the fiscal year\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively seek opportunities to promote the ELC to the community-at-large throughout the seven-county service region and track outcomes and return on investment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for ensuring appropriate use of all resources by immediately reporting suspected fraud (internal and\/or external) via ELC-established Fraud Reporting Procedure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate as directed in all ELC quality improvement efforts to achieve optimum organizational performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Us:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>Coalici\u00f3n de aprendizaje temprano de la regi\u00f3n de Big Bend, Inc.<\/strong> <strong>(EL C)<\/strong> is a local non-profit organization with an annual budget of $36 million.
